Department of Philosophy

This programme combines philosophy with modern approaches to philosophical thought and critical inquiry, preparing students to understand major philosophical ideas, examine fundamental questions about knowledge, ethics, society, and human existence, and develop effective analytical and reasoning skills. Students develop practical knowledge in philosophical theory, logic, ethics, critical thinking, social and political philosophy, research methods, and intellectual analysis, providing a strong foundation for careers in education, research, writing, public service, cultural institutions, and related fields.
