Department of Geography and Geographic Information Systems (GIS)

Explore the physical and human geography of the world through the study of landscapes, environments, populations, and spatial patterns. Develop the knowledge and practical skills needed to analyze geographic phenomena, interpret maps, manage spatial data, apply Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and use modern geospatial technologies in geographic research, environmental studies, urban planning, and resource management.
